Good4U are an Irish family business making healthy snacks without compromising on taste. Their soft super bites snacks are a high fibre truffle consisting of seeds and fruits. Airfield Estate Review…

Airfield Estate is Dublin’s only 38 acre working farm open to the public, and is situated in Dundrum.  Now a charitable organisation for education and recreation, Airfield consists of a farm, gardens, woodlands, play areas, a café and a heritage experience of the house that once belonged to the Overends family back in the 1800’s. Organix Punk’d Oaty Bars Review…

Organix have launched a new snack, PUNK’D Oaty Bars, aimed at older kids (5 years and up) and they sent us out a box of each for the kids to review.  Over the last couple of years I’ve taken a lot of snacks off the shopping list, particularly after dentist visits. Honestly I never really put much thought into the content of certain things they were eating until we started dentist checkups and I got a bit of a bollocking about sugar content.  We’ve banned cereal bars, a big culprit with a massive amount of sugar.
