Netflix Catch Up…

Netflix has been my saviour over the last month I have to say!

While I was holed up in the Coombe for 5 days in the pre-labour ward with nothing but time on my hands and the occasional bouts of pure insanity, Netflix kept me going. I’d gotten my husband to download some bits for me and I would have been completely lost without it.

I watched the entire 4th season of Grace & Frankie in there. It was brilliant! As always it’s not long enough and I already can’t wait for Season 5…. If there is one… has it been renewed for a Season 5?? I hope so!

I went on a total Friends binge too. You’d think you’d get sick of that show given that it’s on 70 times a day on telly, but it’s still brilliant! Me and baby binge watched that during our first couple of weeks home. Even the kids started to enjoy it! THey saw the episode where Ross can’t pull up his leather pants and they fell around the place laughing it was hilarious! A new generation of Friends fans begins! (Ok, not all of it is appropriate and calling them fans is a massive exaggeration but still..!)

Morto for me, but I also watched the latest season of Fuller House. It’s total cringe tv but if you just want something to look at that you don’t have to think about it’s good, light hearted, cheesy AF comedy!

I’ve watched some random movies at home then over the last few weeks. Sometimes in the mornings while the boys are in school or else in the evenings waiting on the baby to wake for a feed.

Mother’s Day is a great movie and fitting for this weekend too! I love a Jennifer Aniston film..

I’m enjoying catching up on movies that I haven’t seen in a long time while I’m in the baby bubble!

For the kids, we had recently seen Daddy’s Home 2 (hilarious!) so we watched Daddy’s Home on Netflix last week. They didn’t love it as much as the second one but still enjoyed it.

They’ve become big fans of this show called “Wild Kratts” lately. The 7 year old especially loves it and has since said he’s like to be a scientist when he’s older because of it so I can’t complain! It’s pretty educational – It follows 2 zoologists as they morph into animated versions of wild animals and learn all about them. I’m a big fan of cartoons that actually teach them something!
