Maltesers – I used about half of a 120g box  I left it at that but you can add marshmallow / fruit if you’re into that..  Method:  ~ Line a cake tin (6″) or a loaf tin (2lb) with greaseproof paper ~ Mix the butter, syrup […]

Meatballs In Marinara Sauce

My next guest post is Jolene who blogs over at One Yummy Mummy. Jolene is a Food & Parenting blogger who describes herself as a “Mummy cook”. Believe me when I say she has some absolutely fab recipes over on her blog! She’s sharing her post with a recipe for meatballs that has me drooling.. Enjoy!  Speedy Meatballs in Marinara Sauce Meatballs are a huge hit in “Yummy” HQ. So much so that I’ve been trying to make them less time consuming than my original recipe but still taste pretty damn good! A Recipe For Chocolate Heaven…

Me and a friend have been doing a baking course for a few weeks now. I’m not the greatest at baking – hence the course! – and so far not much has been edible… until last night! Last night we made Chocolate Pudding with sauce. Oh sweet Lord it’s delicious! I’ve already scoffed a load of it this morning after the school run. (Take tinfoil off, have a small taste, put tinfoil back on, skulk around it eyeing it up, take tinfoil off, take another taste, put tinfoil back on..) That’s been me for the last half an hour! Anyway seeing as that it was so delicious I thought I’d […]
